I've been running win11 on my old HP laptop HP15CC184CL that I bought in 2017. I added max memory and upgraded to a SSD. I upgraded over win10. It doesn't have any problems Once I had an issue with the auto updates. I had to get support from the Microsoft site. No problems.

I don't recall approving it. If I clicked on the wrong place it was a mistake but I don't know. I now disabled it in the app settings. I did not knowingly enable it.

I never saw it before so I was concerned about it. Turned out it is google TV so I disabled it in settings.

It was there when I opened my phone. The problem is I don't know if its dangerous or not. If I swipe down how will I know what its going to do. Is there a better way to get rid of it> I have aura antivirus I just ran it and didn't find anything. It would be great if someone here can recognize it.

I didn't open an email but I have this square thing in the upper left of my phone. Any idea what it is. I'm guessing its some sort of trojan or viruse How do I get rid of it.

The ISP is not doing much to solve this. Looks like uninstalling command IQ may be the solution. Waiting to see what they say.

It used to work but not now???? error says " this router is already onboarded with another account. Please contact your service provider." The router is a gigaspire gs4220e My ISP does not appear to be cooperating to solve this. Any ideas how I can advise the ISP on how to solve this?
