I ran the battlefield 1 trial and was able to run it on medium/high setting with minimal issues. So I have a feeling I can run mass effect on medium for certain.

Yeah even did a hard reset using a jumper I had to yank from the mobo of the older build since the new mobo apparently didn't have one and pulled the battery and let it sit for 10 minutes.
