The put the same link twice. I don't have enough space to pu a fan in the bottom. I'll start by replacing my h80i's fans with vardars, then using my old ones as intakes, if its too loud, I'll change them for something quieter.

Can I have good quiet fans with good airflow to replace them? 25$ total for both if possible..

35$ for a Noctua IndustrialPPC is too much, do you have cheaper (20$) alternatives? Same thing for the EKWB Vardar F4-120, here in Canada it costs 30$, I don't want to spend 130$ on fans..
