wow thx for the info & help, i've been so confused on which way to go

if i get a SSD that Finklebody suggested should I install the W7 64bit i purchased or leave the 32bit vista

$800, i have 8.1 on laptop but not real happy with it

it's from bits & pieces of pre builds that i've looked at. i actually purchased windows 7 64bit to do a complete install over the 32 bit vista that's on it hoping that would fix the problems but started researching rebuilds, if my original plan doesn't work then i wasted $100 on W7, don't know...
