It appears the Antec HCG 620W is $50 after mail in rebate on Newegg right now, I think I'm gonna go with that. That should give me enough headroom to have my processor overclocked and and everything? Would I be able to OC the gpu if I wanted as well or no?

I'm looking to upgrade from my GTX 680 to a GTX 980ti, but my motherboard only has a single PCI Express 2.0 slot. Will the fact that it's not a 3.0 slot be a big bottleneck? I know like 1-2 years ago it wasn't a bottleneck for any GPU really but I'm not sure currently.

You might want to look up benchmarks comparing intel i5's to the 6300 and 8320, especially for DayZ. I know the intel chips cost more, but there are certain games that just do not run well on the AMD FX CPU's, and DayZ might be one of them.
