    How would I fix a "BOOTMGR MISSING" error on windows Xp EMachine.

    My friends Windows XP, Emachine broke with an error "BOOTMGR MISSING" and none of us can fix it. I have searched all over the internet on my PC but I cant find a soulution that doesnt involve money.
