Hello there gus . Lost some of my files mostly on my desktop , dont know why . but i had some booting problems had to restart a few times before it booted . and this time when i booted it . all my desktop files all my work disappeared picture's music all of it . shortcuts . and many more ...

so yeah . i was thinking about that too . now if thats the scenario . Can i just make like or put a file on the drive that can be boot-able using bios ? and install os directly without using disc or usb ? . or any other ideas ? suggestions ?

Try cleaning your CPU or CPU slot (processor) . maybe its dirty like mine was.
