Update 2: After the drivers have been updated the DP connection works. I guess that's all that was needed to plug in the card in HDMI and install drivers and update them and that's it I do not like Windows 10 Thanks anyway the problem was solved

Update: I reconnected the card and again did not get a display I disconnected the DP cable and connected an HDMI cable and it works!!!! I have a display now I just need to understand why the DP does not work

Yes the connections on the video card. And the video card is working on the old computer. I also tried to disconnect the video card and connect the HDMI to the motherboard connection and it is still the same
