How do I go about updating it since I cannot use my old CPU in order to even get into the computer to try and update the bios?

I do not know what bios my system had before damaging my 1600. So I do not know if it was updated for it but I do know that the 3600 is at least one of the supported CPUs for the motherboard if that helps at all.

I have an issue with getting my computer to go into bios. I replaced my cpu I had and now I do not have any power to the usb slots it seems but everything else works just fine, all fans power up and my cpu fan runs. I have a gigabyte ga-ab350-gaming 3 motherboard and I went from a Ryzen 5 1600...
