I have cleaned up everything After installing the GPU and i have also tried reinstalling Windows

Same problem here with driver 22.11.2, minecraft can't get above 100/200fps and all my games keep random stuttering, especially fifa is unplayable, it gets around 5/10 fps. I've tested this on my benq ex3203r and my girlfriend's LG ultragear, but i can't get it working properly. My PC: CPU R7...
