Unfortunately i could not find the solution. Just delete what I could find and disable what I could. Which was temporary. My next step is to reformat and do a fresh install of windows. Hoping that works and that's the end of it

I went with an i7 3770 cpu Zotac Gtx geforce 970 gpu 2x8 gb gskill ram And a cooler master hyper Evo 212 which I almost regret And my motherboard doesn't seem to want to cooperate with the GPU so I got a p8z77 Asus board because it was easier to get for a lesser price than a h77 or z75 chipset...

Yes the older system booted up with the new psu and vga through the 970. Bios version/date: American Megatrends inc. V2.2881, 5/10/2012 Smbios version: 2.7 (I don't know what this is or if it's needed) I don't see the bios version being an issue if the older system can use it just fine Advanced...

Unfortunately I sold it to help afford a better card. It did not have a power connection though.
