I'm going to do that just to make sure the first fan spins at all, my main problem is just that fan 3 doesn't have any in-between all of sudden. So when I use armoury or MSI afterburner fan 3 will be at maximum rpm even if I put the fan speed anywhere between 30%-100%.

I upgraded my set up a few days ago to Asus tuf b650 ryzen 5 7600 fury ddr5 5600 but I kept my rtx 3070 because it was working fine, but now the 3rd fan only spins at either 0% or 100%, I used armoury to try and control the fan speeds individually but I don't get an option for the first so I...
