Hi, does bios reset when it happens? Same thing is happening to me, tried changing CMOS battery but the problem persists.

I thought dead battery was an issue only when you turn on the pc normally and bios resets... Am I wrong?

Yes that was the issue... I tried switching headers and concluded that the pump is working only when I connect it to cpu_opt header, but don't know why is that and why all of the sudden? Bios update shouldn't have affected it...
