79c GPU temp doesn't seem like an issue to me. Have you checked GPU memory temps with a software like GPU-Z or HWiNFO?

Is that temp on your SSD while idle?

Do these crashes happen in any other game besides THE FINALS? Seems like this might be an issue with the game, maybe try forcing it to use DX11 (-dx11 in launch options if you're on Steam), but other than that, I'm not sure.

That CPU might be bottle necking your GPU pretty hard, and running single channel ram at only 2666mhz is not good for gaming. I would upgrade those and see if you're still having problems, unless there is some other problem in play.

When you said you reset Windows, does that mean you fully wiped the drive and put a fresh installation of Windows on it? And installed all the drivers?

What about the PSU and Motherboard?

Have you tried playing those videos with anything other than WMP? Like VLC?

I don't think most of Apple's users realize it's a walled garden, most pick Apple because it's convenient.

Your PC is receiving power just fine? Any possibility you're mixing up cables from your previous power supply?

How come? Seems like you're severely hindering yourself by opting to use an Apple computer.
