Yesterday I noticed in games I would get frames drops every 10 seconds or so. I chekced my task manager and I saw a blank process that takes up 20-35 % of my CPU usage. How can I stop it or prevent this from happening again? Image of it; http://puu.sh/ro1if/f4940ff81f.png

I am connected to the router through an ethernet cable. Firmware is updated. If we reset the router to factory we have to call my ISP and get the password. Buying a new router is the last solution.

Anytime someone in my house is watching Youtube, my ping goes from 30 to 400-800. The 400-800 ping is constant and doesn't go under 400. QoS is glitched with my router (See options for a second then they disappear) so I can't activate it. Any suggestions?

I have a Kraken Pro Neon and there's a hiss in the background of my mic. Saw a video on enabling noise suppression will make it go away. It's not there when I plug my microphone into the jack at the back, but in the front it's there. I don't want to put my mic jack at the front. Any way to fix this?

Even in "We Happy Few", it automatically puts my settings to ultra and even if I get 59 fps, it still stutters. Then I watched this Let's Play by YOGSCAST Will and sometimes he gets around 40 FPS and it's soo smooth! Why isn't mine?! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LU3j6zlEPl4

Stutter under 60 FPS in all games. Anytime I get under 60 fps it feels like it's missing frames and it jitters/stutters or skipping frames. I've tried disabling godrays , disabling vsync, adaptive vsync, changed my hz on my monitor to 59, 50, 30 (normally 60 hz) and a bit more possible...

I've been playing Fallout 4 recently, and I've had this problem. Any time I get under 60 FPS the game stutters. I have a GTX 970 and I don't know how to fix this issue. I'm running the game on Nvidia Experience's optimal settings, but I can run everything on ultra if this problem wasn't here.
