What are your intentions of the build? That processor is almost 8 years old so I'm sure you could find something cheaper. Also, that is quite an expensive case you should really check eBay as they sell some really nice cases for ridiculously cheap prices

I would suggest looking at reviews for certain motherboards. All z370's have the ability to overclock but the more expensive ones will likely overclock further. in my opinion, the brands that I think are good for overclocking motherboards in my experience are Gigabyte, Asus and Asrock

Usually, this is due to a memory module not functioning. I recommend if you have to sticks of ram try putting them in at individual times to test if one is broken
