i have an MSI ac edge motherboard that works perfectly with a monitor but when i try to plug in my tv to the on board HDMI port there is no signal. i enabled the integrated graphics from the BIOs but its still a no go. help

I recently built my first pc. I have an msi z390 ac with a built in heatsink on the mobo.Cpu is an i5 9600k. I do not habe a cooler on it yet. But when i tried booting it it shot up to 100c and was wondering if that was normal without a cooler? From what ive read the temp should be low when not...
