Yep disable the Freesync/Gsync stuff, play some games... let us know. If it's table after that, I have a feeling you're not going to have any luck getting that to work.

Your rig is fine. You've got plenty of Ram & your CPU is still solid. 4th Gen i5's are not far off (especially with a little overlock action) from many the 2000 Series AMD chips in performance like a 2600x. Couple of things though Get rid of the 1300W PSU (way overkill for what you're doing)...

Well you have a clean install so that is good, same issues though.... I would stick another GPU in there if possible and test it. unfortunately I don't believe your CPU has integrated graphics so testing things on the lower end with your GPU out of the PC might not be an option unless you can...

What's your budget? Looks like you're OK with 2nd hand setups (I like used hardware save $$)I'd stay far away from both of those builds you linked. I'd look for a 2nd or 3rd gen i5 setup. It will blow your current CPU away and shouldn't break the bank. Check the classified forum for deals here...

Just to rule it out is everything on that ssd? Do you have another drive you can put your OS on to test. I've seen ssds cause similar freezing in the past. Test another video card or test yours on another rig.... You've already dumped your OS and reinstalled that's a pretty fresh start. Time to...

Well if you've gone over the basics I'd Take it apart, boot your rig with the bare min hardware to make sure you post then add on from there. Test your RAM in single slots each stick on its own. Use just your onboard video take your GPU out reset your BIOS. Good luck.
