Just double checked that port, doesn't want to work either Legacy USB support is enabled.

So I roughly rebuilt the old system, and installed a fresh windows on the SSD, to the point of "setting up for first use" Rebuilt the new system and all USB ports still do not work. They stop working as soon as the "set up windows" screen appears.
