    i can't create new folder on desktop it will take administrative permission but we dont know ,how i get permmission to create

    i m using window 7, when i make a new folder by the right click folder can not be created it want to take administrative permission , but i dont know how i can get administrative permission and when i create new folder on any other folder and i want to cut from this folder and paste on desktop...
