I've had this problem for a couple of months, (Chrome) I figured out today that YouTube's HTML5 player was the culprit. Installing https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/disable-youtube-html5-pla/enmofgaijnbjpblfljopnpdogpldapoc?hl=en and going back to Flash fixed the issue.

I recently purchased an a new GPU (XFX Core Edition FX-785A-ZNL4 Radeon HD 7850 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16) - My question is: will this bottleneck my system, and if so, what should I focus on being my next upgrade? (More than likely my CPU) My Outdated Specs: CPU: AMD Phenom II X2...
