Another update, I've been on holiday so I apologise for the late reply, however I have some good news. My PC feels so much faster now and stuttering is much less apparent... However, I still do have an issue. In the reliability monitor this critical event is popping up all over the shop...

Okay, sorry for the late reply. So my PC wouldn't start up so in the end I did a partial reset and now after running who crashed it shows no crashes upon startup. I'm still installing all of my games so I'll update this when they're done and see if this fixed it. Thanks for all the help so far.

I ran whocrashed and it narrowed it down to ntoskrnl.exe and that seems to be a likely fault I think with everything else considered. I'll look for a fix for this or if anyone knows of one, let me know. Damn I forgot to scroll down, here's a list of all of the "faulty modules": ntkrnlmp.exe...
