You can reinstall windows as the last resort but before doing that you can add the HDD/SSD (the one you want to get your data back) from your faulty PC to this one (I am assuming you have at least 2 PCs) and can back up all the data you want into this PC's HDD/SSD!! It's just a workaround until...
