    I was able to get 600MB/s because both systems had Ethernet Converged Network Adapter X520-SR2's connected with a single 10G copper cable. I forget what the cable is called but its one of those copper cables with the SFP's hardwired to each end. I'll give a normal cable a shot and report back.
