Solved by replacing CMOS battery.

Please help! I have set up secure boot on asrock h270m uefi by enabling 'supervizor password' option. But when I turn on and enter password, it seems nothing to happen! Black screen with cursor. When move the cursor, that picture shows up: almost clean background of normal UEFI menu picture...
