hi, i fix this issues with Running CCleaner, i think got to do with Registery Dll file... make sure uninstall 3Dmark13 first then install/run CCleaner then restart PC, then install 3Dmark13 it should fix Low Physics score... Or you could do hard way by Fresh install Window 7/8 Peace :)
