csrss.exe is a windows process, but I'll try to run another MBAM scan.

While I'm running GTA V, and only with GTA V, CSRSS takes up 20% CPU and GTA V takes up the rest. I ran MBAM, clean. Latest windows updates and drivers. Any ideas?

Heat isn't an issue. My CPU keeps below 70C while running Prime 95. CPU intensive games like BeamNG drive have never crashed because of the CPU.
