Hi! Not sure if i post this under the right category but i'll try. Whenever i close Chrome theres a 'shadow' from the browser hanging for like a second covering the screen (see attached picture). Does anyone know why this happens? I have tried reinstalling Chrome.

It disconnect even with 1 torrent active. The strange thing is, this doesnt happen all the time. Yesterday i downloaded just fine with no issues. But it randomly occurs.

Its a norwegian ISP called Canal Digital. But the problem shouldnt be the ISP as its only the connection on my pc that gets killed. The internet still works for all other devices.
