This is mostly a shallow question but i make it here in hope of hearing people with deep knowledge help me with this. Basically the cpu usage is most of the time at 60% - 90% i can't do a simple thing like playing DeSmume (A DS emulator) and watch a video of google because the cpu it's a 99%...

New Vegas was my favorite game to explore because with mods you can also add more stuff to investigate and fight. I really enjoy when you get close to the cities and you can feel more the vibe of the Mojave. It's a really nice world to be honest.

I have this problem with the N68-VS3 FX where manual on the box says the max ram is 8GB but in the page http://asrock.com/mb/NVIDIA/N68-VS3%20FX/?cat=Specifications says it its 16GB. There is any way to find out witch one is true. I know its probably the one in the box but i just want to be...
