Late 2019 - Early 2022 number were bloated from crypto mining boom. Right now it's easy to recommend used rtx 30 and RX 6000 series, even the ex-mining cards (just make sure to buy from reputable seller, and still have active warranty). Newer cards is just meh, it's possibly the worst...

For people who use cuda cores. (plus people who don't want to replace their 500W PSU). Overall it's a badly priced product to make 4060Ti and 4070 looks like a better option.
