I'll probably contact them. It worked on afterburner the other day, for some reason it didn't work when we played Destiny, though. But yah, my 1060 6gb hits high fan speeds but hers just stays at 40ish percent. Doesn't make sense, all drivers up to date like mine, etc. It's always something...

Unless I use a custom fan curve in Afterburner my evga 1060 3gb will not go past 40% at 80-84c. Thing is, when playing Destiny 2 with my wife, Afterburner overlay can't work. Now, it runs in the background but apparently the fan curve won't work either while playing it. Last night HWmonitor...

I fixed it, in Nvidia Control Panel I changed Power Management to Prefer Maximum Performance and I changed PhysX to GPU instead of AUTO. Now CPU usage is at no more than 40% and temps barely reach 64c which is even lower than when I played at 1080p. GPU usage and temps are around the same.

I just upgraded from 1080p 60hz to a gsync 1440p 144hz (OC 165hz). i7 7700k 1060 6gb 8gb ddr4 2400 SSD 650w PSU I was getting around 60% usage in PUGB for CPU and GPU 99%. Now with the 1440p I turn Vsync off and Gsync on and I'm around 70-80 FPS which isn't HUGE but now my CPU is at 100%...

So last night I loaded default in BIOS. I also found there was a windows update, and an Nvidia driver. This morning it didn't double boot, when I got home it didn't double boot boot, then I put it to sleep like I did that last 2 evenings and I waited an hour or so just like that last 2 times...
