have you tried without ssd plugged in?

you have amd cool 'n quiet enabled in bios? if so disable it, and see if it helps

did you uncheck the turn off hdd after 30 min in the advanced power management options?

i would try plugging the wireless reciever in the back of the case, maybe try a wired mouse
