Update: MoBo turns on now. Completely redid everything and took the CMOS Battery out for about 5 minutes. Now I get no video. But that just may be me needing DVI or AVI instead of HDMI

So the LEDs will flicker once which is what the MoBo is supposed to do until you press the power button. It just won’t turn on when I press the power button
