I will test boosting the voltage and the multiplier when i get home later. Also what does the base clock do? is that the lowest clock?

I have an amd fx-8320 with a cooler master evo 212 clocked at 4Ghz in bios, idles at 15C and caps at 39C. I don't know what the setting is called that i overclocked it with but the number was 17.5 and i changed it to 20. Everything runs fine. Now I want to overclock it more maybe to 4.5, I've...
