    I have an old pc built with GIGABYTE ga-h61m-ds2 and 8gb of ram, I have 1 SSD ( For OS) and 1 HDD to store my games, apparently my HDD Likes to spike active time to 100% and cause any activity im doing in my hdd to not respond, It is a new HDD, i already exchanged the hdd 3rd time and it still...
