    I recently downgrade at 18.11.2, I think nothing change. I play CSGO2 in LOW graphics and I got like 200FPS but stuttering sometimes... In HITMAN 2 with Medium graphics I got stuttering every 30 seconds avg. I turn off antivirus, nothing change haha. I'll become crazy hahahaha

    Hello everyone. Time ago I noticed my GPU (RX 570 8GB) got stuttering in most AAA games. After 5 minuted playing, the GPU Frequency drops every 20 seconds to 300MHz (from 1300MHz avg) and the FPS drops from 75/90FPS to 40/50 drastically.
