Question Is it worth to upgrade Ryzen 7 3700X to Ryzen 9 5950X with Radeon 6800XT?

Well, first it is a 5000 series CPU much better than the 3000 series, second it is 6800XT, so you don't need 5950x in general, you would be very much fine and much better with 8 core 5000 CPU, like 5700X3D or just 5700X, the IPC and the frequency are much higher on 5000 series CPUs than 3000 CPUs.

Question Is 6gb of gddr6 vram enough for most games in 2024 at 1080p or maybe 4k?

Two-way question! 6GB VRAM GDDR6 is not enough for MOST games at 1080p especially 4K, So, if you do 60FPS on 1080p, again, it depends on the game and the game settings! Yet again, if you play Warzone 3 or something like that, all the VRAM will be taken! It would be good if you played on 1080p...

Question Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling - - - - On or Off ?

Hi, I need professional help on this matter. Someone who can tell me whether I should keep Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling on or not, whether it is beneficial to have it on, or if it is better to be off. I don't want to know what exactly the GPU scheduling does, I presume it queues frames or...

    Question Running Hot

Wait on IDLE does it just spike to 150F and then go down to some 90-100F or just stay all the time at 150F on idle?

    Question Running Hot

He has now an issue with temps spiking on idle, I remember that was happening with 1000, 2000 series of Ryzen CPUs, for exmp: the temp is 35c and in 2 seconds goes to 45-50c then goes down, then 4 seconds same thing again, but that was just temp spike, there was no load causing that, so now I...

    Question Running Hot

Are you familiar with HWINFO 64, do you know the program? Want a link or smt? In it, you will see while you are idle temps are spiking a load of CPU spikes too and wattage too!

    Question Running Hot

Download HWINFO64 it is a very awesome software for temps of CPU, GPU, and everything that has a sensor in the system, also a Load of the cores, voltages, power much many other stuff. You say that you have spikes in temps, well you will see in HWINFO64 that when the spikes are happening the load...

[SOLVED] Can I still have x16 gpu PCi-E lanes on Z490 with 10900K

Ok let me explain better I know with AMD CPUs you have 20 PCI-E lanes x16 for the GPU to run @ 16, and you have extra. Ok I have Z490 and M.2 NVMe 3.0 x4 and 2080Ti and my question is when I install the M.2 NVMe in one of the primary slots the upper let's say and I use the 10900K, will my 2080...

[SOLVED] Trying to squeeze some more out of my GTX 750 TI. Any OC tips?

Well cooling sure, you have no additional power to add that is the issue, artifacts can happen anytime on unstable overclock, like if you add too much MHz on the core or the memory. Keep it maximum cooled, for OC you need to sacrifice a bit noise fans need to go full, depends on the temps, and...

[SOLVED] Trying to squeeze some more out of my GTX 750 TI. Any OC tips?

No his card is not running at 80C, it is running at 40c, it is just the power slider is @ 80c, he needs to increase it, so it doesn't throttle down on the clock much sooner.

[SOLVED] Trying to squeeze some more out of my GTX 750 TI. Any OC tips?

Ok, first thing, when you OC GPU, is all about power, how much power room the GPU have to increase, in your case you have no additional power, your power slider is on 100% you have no more, and when you do that you have to increase the temp limit to, so that the card doesn't throttle sooner if...
