Plugged in my old gpu and it runs at pcie x16, while my rx 6650xt only goes to x8, is that any cause for concern?

Motherboard peeked 52 c when playing warzone in high settings, cpu peaked 79c, and gpu peaked 70c at the hotspot

Removed it and increased it to 3000mhz too but it only improved for a small time, then it went back to how it was with my other ram stick in it

Ssd and hdd are recently wiped so empty, 24 gb set to 2400mhz, one stick is ADATA , the other 2 are corsair vengeance RGB PRO (2x8)

ok so it most likely will be the psu, ive had it for about 4 years now, ill try another DDU but if it doesnt work, ill most likely upgrade to a 650 watt just to be safe, and thanks

Made a mistake, its a Channel well technology power supply 500 watt max 80+ bronze, any other reason why my pc might be running slower, it happens when browsing the internet too
