Please find out which model of Graphics card it has, as that would be the main factor as to whether or not it can run the games you mentioned. The rest of the Specs seem fine the processor is mostly a Phenom II X6.

The GeForce GT 610 2GB DDR3 is the faster of the 2, but it is very low end graphics card and is not used for gaming. You will only be able to play older games on it.

Q6600 is a good overclocker, go for it. It would be a big improvement over a dual core.
