No its not usual for the game to freeze. RAM is also sufficient for the game. Did you try to install the latest gpu drivers? That may be causing the problem.

no man the psu isnt good enough. Get atleast 750watts from corsair or seasonic.The buzzing sound is because of extreme load. So i would recommend you to change it as soon as possible.There is no point getting your parts burn due to less wattage psu.

You can play it. But expect some lag. Playing it with your rig is a big thing. :)

Going with two 7750 , that means around 200$. You can get a r9 270x for that price point. Its a very good card.

Instead of vs get a corsair. cx 550 or 600. Atleast its better than vs series.

you are an indian , right? Which psu do you have? You will max out any game at that resolution. Its not wise to get a 280x unless you will upgrade your monitor in coming future. 760 would be enough at that resolution.

8320 is basically a underclocked 8350. Go with 8320 .its good. Go with 650 it performs slightly better. Y that mobo is fine. Change your psu to seasonic. its seems weak.

i dont understand why are you going with crossfire . Most games dont even support crossfire. And crossfire of those cards wouldnt give you much benefit. Its better to go with one expensive card than two low performing cards. It will create more heat ,noise and more instability. And go with...
