    I didn't have time to go through each one but I ended up deleting a few unneeded starting processes. it could be any of about 6 or 7 i stopped upon startup. sorry i don't have any direct answer for someone else with this problem. anyway solved.

    Ive tried everyhting i know to get this to stop using cpu besides a fresh windows install. It is constantly using 2-13 cpu. I have never noticed this before. anyone have suggestions? all help is very much appreciated.

    having issues with i5-3570k & new MSI 1080ti

    also I wasn't thinking and forgot to addi replaced my old 27" 1080i maybe 60 refresh (don't remember) with a new dell 27" that does 2560 x 1440p at 144refresh rate.
