I tried using revo uninstaller, to be 100% clear that I uninstalled everything that is named as EAC, but yet it didn't help either.

Both of them are showing 200 HTTP OK

So basically, whenever I want to start any game that has EAC included in it, I won't be able to start it, everything I will see it infinite EAC loading, and then it just disappears ( opens back game launcher ) I tried disabling AV, turning off my firewall, updating windows, reinstalling easy...

So here is my question. Does this affect only amd APU's? So for example am I safe with my 5600x?
