    hello, i cleared cmos (removed the battery and wait 15mins, is that right?) then i chose optimized setting though i changed the time/date and default graphics to pci-e but still to no avail. is the video card broken then?

    checked my psu's box and it says 500W 12V, 650 ti's minimum requirement is 400W 12V so i think that's out of the question too

    nope, didn't work :( i noticed that i can't access the bios if the 650 ti is plugged in even though i'm using the onboard card, the monitor receives no signal until the pc has finished booting up but if the 650 ti is not connected the monitor receives signal immediately and i can see the bios
