How do you change the brightness level for the different Nit levels that they mentioned? I find the HDR too bright. I have an LG C9 that has been calibrated and my buddies CRG90 and his HDR looks much closer to my C9. It doesn't hurt my eyes. Here are the settings we used during testing...

I have a Core i7-4790k, Asus Maximus Hero VII. I followed the guides I found that said just changed profile to XMP and bump the ratio. It says I am at 44x100 where it said 40x100 before. But I am not OCed.

So Turbo has to be off to OC? Because I manually change the multiplier from 40 to 44. I have a H100i GTX liquid cooler.

Ingtar33: I changed the CPU Ratio. It was under the clock speed. I left that at 100. Skyler: Yes fresh install.

So I just put my new PC together yesterday and wanted to OC a little. I went into the BIOS and changed the Ratio to 44. I saved and exited. In CPUZ, Computer Properties, and other place it says I am still at 4.0ghz. I doubled checked the BIOS. The only program that says I am at 4.4ghz is AID64...

I have had my HTS connected to my PC via Sound Card and Optical Cable for years for when I watch movies and Netflix etc streamed from my PC to TV. I have never had to set the SPDIF Out to default device or anything special before to get it to play sound. Sound would come out of my PC speakers...

Yea looks like it. Maybe I should have not went with the pretty cooler lol. But with my normal 3.2 i am at 50c at the most. Why would another 200MHZ jump my temps but 30c?

21x170 with VCORE 1.3125 VTT 1.275 was my most recent try. I BSOD x124 before I even started P95. Dunno what to try next. I've ran 21x160 and 1.3 vcore and 1.1 vtt for years but can't seem to get any more out of it with the little I know.

I dunno I read that it should be within .5 of the VTT so I just raised it .1 I said the VCORE .0125 that was it. Should I try 1.3 or 1.35? tried 1.325 vcor and 1.125 vtt and was getting 88-90c on each core. @21x165 Too high right? 1.3 vcore and 1.125 vtt and still mid to high 80s I can't...

I tried a little this morning with a DIMM voltage at 1.6 and CPU VTT at 1.1 with 21x164 and I ran P95 for like 5 minutes to stress the cores and got a BSOD x00000124. What should I do now?

I guess I more meant to ask what is a reasonably general speed that I could expect. I tried a little before work and got to 3.4ghz stable.
