It says "cannot reset". And I insert a verified USB bootable ISO, ARM64, but it does not boot.

No way to access the BIOS, just the UEFI menu and the troubleshooting menu, but resetting the device does not work, and booting from USB neither. Does anybody know any other manus that I may access?

my computer has a board Asustek Z10PE-D16, how can I force it to stay always on? and never stay powered off? It happens that my users (Windows Server 2022) sometimes shut it down, and then I need to drive an hour to turn it back on I wonder if there is a jumper that makes it always start?
