I got the same issue with my 128GB Agility 4 drive. I format it atleast 4-5 times then later had to do a firmware update, which takes it to 1.51 or something since it was on 1.4 Then the installation went flawless and booted fine. But there's a catch, I have to have the old HDD along with it to...
