It's a card issue ,you should check it with another PC,or try reinstalling windows Or did u buy this card In used?

Temperature are normal 70 c on card 42 to 50c on cpu Windows in fully updated I even change the PSU I have 2 PSU 500 and 650 watts I tested on both but still nothing 😂 It's strange
