I didn't install anything, this laptop was bought off the IBUYPOWER website. With the purpose of playing games. The apparently didn't configure it properly. My BIOS menus are terrible, I've looked through them to try to see, and it doesn't show anything about my graphics cards or memory...

So, I just looked at my card's specs. It says I should have 3.1 gb of dedicated memory from the graphics card. With the additional 16 gb from my pc, there should be no reason I'm running out of memory.....ever; let alone running piss poor on the lowest settings I can set. Nothing is hardware...

Yup, both of the drivers for my integrated and Geforce are up to date. Intel's website for the integrated and nvidia for my geforce.
