I mean in saying that I jinxed it and then crashed again after days of no crashes in rainbow six siege after about 30 minutes. So I suppose the problem is still relevant even though for some time it seemed to go away. It may after all be a bad power supply that just needs to be replaced.
Sorry I haven't checked this thread in a while, It may possibly be fixed.
I took out my old 16gbs of ram and replaced them with some new ram and I also reset all of my bios settings to default. Those two things combined or maybe one of them have allowed me to play divinity with friends for hours...
My bad for my non specific wording what a I meant to really say that when the crashing originally started I just had my two 8gb sticks of 3000mhz ram (not sure on the part numbers for the sticks though I think they are hyperx). The crashing persisted and just recently I added two more 8gb sticks...
Thank you for the idea I did recently put new thermal paste on my CPU a few days ago it hadn't crossed my mind to do it on my GPU as well I may very well do that too.
After 6 Hours my memtest is now finished. It found 0 errors through all 4 passes. The ram temp sat at 50c the whole time. I did also run adwcleaner and it found 16 items to quarantine, most of them registry keys but also some firefox things and one folder called C:\End.
