My video card keeps crashing

Hello everyone, I recently bought a new pc but I have a problem. every time when I'm in game it just randomly crashes with a report saying it crasht. I have a Sapphire R9 280X 3GB GDDR5 TOXIC graphics card. I already re-installed my pc and it still happens..
